Bravura Training · Corporate
Certified skills your whole team can use on Monday.
Certification preparation that leaves your team working differently on Monday — with a shared framework to apply to the work in front of them, and a credential to show for it. Every learner works with their own coach, toward a real credential, on a plan built around the work they already do, until it is finished.

The investment
The certificate hangs on the wall. The framework goes to work.
This is what the company is buying: not a seat in a course, but capability your team carries back into the work — finished, applied, and evidenced.
01
A credential actually finished
One coach, one learner, until it is done. Each person is coached individually, with their own plan and their own accountability, through preparation until the credential is complete.
02
The framework, applied to real work
Through the Competency Alignment Review, each employee applies the credential framework to their own work — showing how the learning changes the way they do the work they already do.
03
The full bundle, handled
Where the governing body offers it, the bundle is handled for you: the learning platform, membership, exam voucher, practice tests, tools or supplies, and coaching — named in your quote, so there are no surprises.
04
Evidence back to the sponsor
The sponsor report gives you per-employee progress and completion, credential attainment, Competency Alignment Review evidence showing the framework applied to their work, and a summary for the sponsor. The schedule and the sponsor recipient are agreed on the scoping call.
What is fixed here — and what the scoping call settles
Fixed on this page: the catalog, the one-coach, one-learner model, what the sponsor report contains, and how pricing is quoted. The scoping call settles the plan for your team: which credentials fit each role, each learner’s eligibility, format and schedule, and the quoted price. Eligibility, fees, and exam details are set by the governing bodies.
Pricing
How pricing is quoted.
Pricing is quoted per team, after the scoping call. There is no public price list on this page. The quote is built from four things:
01
Credentials
The credentials in your team’s plan.
02
Headcount
The number of learners on the plan.
03
Format
Live online, on-site, or private 1:1 coaching.
04
Bundle
What the bundle includes, where the governing body offers it.
The quote separates Bravura’s charges from the governing bodies’ exam fees, so you can see clearly what is Bravura’s and what is theirs. Exam fees are set by the governing bodies.
The catalog
One catalog. Every function your business relies on.
Search for a credential, filter by function, and add the ones your team needs to your plan. The catalog below lists 219 credentials, plus 2 eLearning authoring skills-training courses that are not counted in that total. Exams, eligibility, and fees are set by the governing bodies — Bravura prepares your people to walk in confident and ready for the tough questions.
Nothing in the catalog matches that search yet. Try a shorter word — “PMP”, “privacy”, “HR”, “Power BI” — or clear the search to see every family.
Good to know: PMP preparation through Bravura follows PMI Authorized Training Partner (PMP) requirements, including the official learning materials where the program calls for them. We prepare above the bar — tough, exam-rigor practice, so your people are ready for questions they have never seen before. Disciplined Agile is not listed here.
CSPP and APL: CSPP — Certified Sustainable Project Professional: PMI’s bundle includes the required exam prep course. APL — Advanced Project Leader requires an active PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification plus an accredited evaluation program. Availability and delivery for APL are confirmed only on the scoping call — no start date or outcome is promised here.

Advanced
Bravura makes no claim to be a Scaled Agile partner. Eligibility, prerequisites, and renewal are set by Scaled Agile.
Good to know: Several ASQ credentials carry ISO/IEC 17024 accreditation. Application coaching — including aligning real experience to the certification body of knowledge — is part of the Bravura coaching model for ASQ candidates who need it.
Good to know: SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP are distinguished by the altitude of the work — operational versus strategic — not by title alone. Your coach helps each person sit at the right level the first time.
Good to know: SHRM and HRCI credentials are different bodies with different bodies of knowledge. If your team is split on which one to pursue, the scoping call settles it by role, experience, and where each person works — before anyone starts studying.
Good to know: Associate-level credentials such as MD-102, MS-700, SC-300, or SC-401 are the stepping stones toward expert-level Microsoft 365 administration. Your coach sequences the path so no one studies for an expert exam before they are eligible for it. Microsoft certifications are renewed annually through Microsoft Learn.

Good to know: Retired and replaced titles are not listed here: AZ-500 has been replaced by SC-500; AZ-800 and AZ-801 have been consolidated into the single AZ-802 exam; AI-900 has been replaced by AI-901; AI-102 has been replaced by AI-103; DP-100 has been replaced by AI-300; and PL-400 has been replaced by AB-400 for the Power Platform Developer Associate certification. SC-300 and SC-401 stay listed under Microsoft 365 above and are not counted twice here. PL-300 also stays listed under Microsoft 365 above and is not duplicated here. Microsoft role-based and specialty certifications are renewed annually through Microsoft Learn, and the expert certifications have prerequisite requirements. Prerequisites, eligibility, and renewal rules are set by Microsoft.

Good to know: AWS certifications are valid for three years. Eligibility, exam version, and renewal rules are set by AWS.
Bravura makes no claim to be an ISACA Accredited Training Organization, and no ISACA certificate — such as a COBIT certificate — is presented here as a certification. Experience and ethics requirements are set by ISACA.
ITIL (Version 5)
The ITIL (Version 5) scheme on PeopleCert’s ITIL FAQ. The three Practice Manager modules are bundled modules; passing one, plus ITIL Transformation, earns the ITIL Practice Manager designation, and the Managing Professional and Strategic Leader designations follow the combinations PeopleCert sets out — designations themselves are not counted as separate credentials here. Transition routes for ITIL 4 holders are in the transition note below, not listed here as chips.

MSP, M_o_R, MoP & P3O
DevOps Institute
Service Desk (SDI)
Transition note: For ITIL 4 holders, PeopleCert lists two ITIL (Version 5) transition routes — ITIL Foundation Bridge (Version 5), for holders of an ITIL 4 certification updating to ITIL Foundation (Version 5), and ITIL Managing Professional Transition (Version 5), for ITIL 4 Managing Professionals, ITIL 4 Masters, and ITIL v3 Experts and Masters. Neither is listed as a chip above. Name the route in your brief if your team needs it.
Good to know: Bravura makes no claim to be a PeopleCert Accredited Training Organization. Lean Six Sigma belts issued by IASSC are listed separately under IASSC, and are separate from the ASQ Six Sigma belts listed under Quality — they are not counted twice. PeopleCert certifications are renewed within three years; prerequisites and renewal rules are set by PeopleCert.
Good to know: The IASSC belts are issued by IASSC and are separate from the ASQ Six Sigma belts listed under Quality — they are not counted twice.
Individual certifications
Eight individual Microsoft 365 Apps certifications, each earned by passing its own exam.
Stackable certifications
Associate: pass three of the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook exams listed on the Certiport page (Outlook listed for Office 2019 only). Expert: hold the Associate, plus pass two Expert exams in different programs, with at least one Microsoft 365 Apps exam.
Good to know: The Certiport page lists Outlook only for Office 2019, so no Microsoft Outlook exam for Microsoft 365 Apps is listed here. The stackable Associate counts the exams as Certiport lists them, including Outlook (Office 2019).
Good to know: ECBA is the entry-level certificate; CCBA recognizes two to three years of business analysis capability, and CBAP is the senior-level certification. Power BI (PL-300) is listed under Microsoft 365 above only and is not duplicated here. Eligibility and recertification are set by IIBA.
Good to know: MCMP is the advanced credential for active CCMP holders. The CCMP exam is 150 multiple-choice questions based on the ACMP Standard for Change Management and Code of Ethics. Eligibility and fees are set by ACMP.
ASCM offers self-study, instructor-led, instructor-supported, and corporate/group formats — the format that fits your team is part of the scoped plan.
Good to know: Start with Certified Supervisor (CS) when stepping into a supervisory role; Certified Manager (CM) is ICPM's primary professional credential for experienced leaders and is earned through three exams. Exam fees are set by ICPM.
Good to know: Adobe Certified Professional exams are live-in-the-app assessments. Adobe Experience Cloud preparation is scoped by product family and role — name the product and role in your team brief below.
Good to know: QuickBooks ProAdvisor status requires annual recertification with Intuit — your team plan can include the yearly refresh, so the credential never quietly lapses.
Good to know: These build authoring skill — interactive courses, responsive layouts, software simulations, quizzes, and publishing for your LMS — they do not award a governing-body certification.
Good to know: Whether custom training leads to a credential — and which one — is settled in the scoped plan.
We prepare beyond the practice exam—building the knowledge, judgment, and confidence to answer questions you've never seen before.
How Bravura works
Training is the vessel. The credential — and the confidence behind it — is the point.
Bravura has prepared people for governing-body credentials for more than three decades. The method has not changed: assess honestly, coach individually, and prepare above the bar.
-
Start with a corporate scoping call
With the Bravura team — not a sales appointment. Book a Corporate Scoping Call, or call 952-314-9526. Bring the roles, the deadlines, and the outcomes you need. You leave with a scoped plan and a quote, not a catalog link.
-
Assess against the destination
Each learner is assessed against the credential's actual rigor — its traps, its breadth, its silent gaps — so the baseline is honest and the plan targets what will actually be tested.
-
Coach one-to-one, through the exam room
Official learning materials where the program requires them, practice tests, and tough, exam-rigor questions worked with a coach — plus the mindset work: composure, judgment, and the habit of interrogating a question you have never seen before.
-
Finish with the credential — and the evidence
Where the governing body offers it, your bundle can include the learning platform, membership, exam voucher, practice tests, and coaching. You receive the sponsor report: per-employee progress and completion, credential attainment, Competency Alignment Review evidence showing the framework applied to their work, and a summary for the sponsor. The schedule and the sponsor recipient are agreed on the scoping call.
One coach, one learner — always. A team can train on a shared timeline, and every person still has their own coach, their own plan, and their own accountability. No peer groups, no cohorts carrying the work for anyone.
Delivery
Delivered the way your team actually works.
Length is set by the credential and by where each learner starts — confirmed in scoping, not guessed on a web page.
01
Live online
Instructor-led, live sessions your team joins from anywhere — with a coach who knows each learner by name.
02
On-site, at your location
For Minnesota teams, training can come to you. Tell us where your team sits in your brief.
03
Private 1:1 coaching
The Bravura model, undiluted: one coach, one learner, a plan built around that person's experience and schedule.
04
Team rollout, individual plans
A shared start, shared milestones, and the sponsor report — with every learner coached individually underneath it.
By function
Start from the team, not the acronym.
Start with what each team will be able to do differently. Every area of the catalog is represented below — each card names the capability, and the links take you to the credentials behind it.
Privacy, legal & product
Your team will be able to govern personal data and AI with confidence — applying data protection law, running the privacy program, building privacy into technology, and governing AI use in the work itself.
Delivery & the PMO
Your delivery teams will be able to lead projects, programs, and portfolios to completion with a shared framework — planning and governing delivery, working agile at scale, and bringing the same discipline to risk, scheduling, and analysis.
Operations & quality
Your operations and quality teams will be able to audit, improve, and assure the work — using recognized quality methods and Lean Six Sigma, from Yellow Belt foundations to Master Black Belt leadership.
People & HR
Your people team will be able to lead HR work at every altitude — operational delivery, strategic leadership, and the specialties that shape hiring, reward, and people insight.
IT, data & AI
Your technology teams will be able to run the Microsoft estate, build and secure cloud and data work, and use AI and analytics in everyday decisions — with validated skill in the tools the business runs on, and service management to a common standard.
Microsoft 365 → · Microsoft IT → · AWS → · MOS → · IIBA Data →

Supply Chain & Logistics
Your supply chain team will be able to plan inventory, move goods, and lead transformation across the end-to-end supply chain — with a shared framework from planning to delivery.
Change, Leadership & Management
Your leaders will be able to guide change and lead teams through it — applying a shared change framework and recognized management capability, from first-line supervision to senior leadership.
Creative
Your creative team will be able to produce design, video, and web work in Adobe Creative Cloud with validated mastery — creating to a professional standard, inside the applications themselves.
Finance
Your finance team will be able to run QuickBooks with validated expertise — managing bookkeeping, payroll, and day-to-day finance in the application itself.
Course builders
Your course builders will be able to create interactive, responsive learning in Storyline 360 and Captivate — building courses, simulations, and assessments ready for your LMS.
Custom training
Your team will be able to build capability around its actual work — role-specific training shaped to the roles and outcomes you name, with the credential question settled in the scoped plan.
Funding the investment
Pay for it through benefits.
As the sponsor, you decide how the investment is funded as well as what it buys. These are the three budget doors employers commonly use for training and certification preparation. Which door fits depends on the employer and the program.
Section 127 education assistance
Up to $5,250 per employee per year, tax-free (2025–26, inflation-adjusted after 2026), under Section 127 education assistance — a budget door the sponsor can plan around.
Job-related education
Job-related education as a working-condition fringe benefit — tax-free regardless of amount when it meets the IRS job-related rules. A budget door for education directly connected to the employee’s work.
Tuition reimbursement & stipends
Employer tuition reimbursement and professional-development stipends, set by each employer — a budget door shaped by the employer’s own policy.
There is no guarantee that any employer covers a specific program, and each employer decides what it covers. Check the position with a tax adviser before relying on any of these routes. On the scoping call, the Bravura team maps the program to the budget doors that fit your organization.
Corporate scoping call
Build your team plan. Bring it to the call.
Add credentials and courses from the catalog above, describe the gap and the outcome you are seeking, and take the sponsor brief with you. It is built in your browser — sending the brief opens your own email app with the brief filled in, addressed to the Bravura team, and nothing is stored on this page. Then book a Corporate Scoping Call to walk through it with the Bravura team.
On the call, the Bravura team confirms eligibility, format, schedule, and pricing for your team — including exam vouchers and materials where they apply. Exam fees themselves are set by the governing bodies.
Your team plan

Questions
Asked before every scoping call.
How do we book a corporate scoping call?
Book a Corporate Scoping Call online, call 952-314-9526, or email [email protected]. Bravura Training is at 12800 Whitewater Drive, Suite 100, Minnetonka, MN 55343.
Do you guarantee exam passes?
No — and no honest provider should. What Bravura does is prepare above the bar: assessment against the credential's real rigor, tough practice, and one-to-one coaching through exam day, so your people walk in ready for questions they have never seen before.
Can a whole team train together?
Yes — on a shared timeline, with shared milestones and the sponsor report. Underneath that shared timeline, every learner still has their own coach and their own plan. That is the Bravura model, and it does not change at team scale.
What if someone is not yet eligible for the exam they want?
The scoping call and the opening assessment surface that before anyone starts studying. Your coach maps the path to eligibility — including a foundational credential first, where that is the right step — so the plan is honest from day one.
Do you train outside Minnesota?
Live online training reaches teams anywhere. For on-site delivery, tell us where your team sits in the brief — the Bravura team confirms what is possible on the scoping call.
What does a bundle include?
It depends on the governing body. Where the body offers it, a bundle can include the official learning platform, membership, exam voucher, practice tests, tools or supplies, and expert individualized coaching. Your quote names each element, so there are no surprises.
Founded on a simple belief: people are not a number.
Bravura was founded by Annie, after her own layoff, and built over 33 years on one idea — that the right credential, with the right coach beside you, can change the direction of a career. That is the standard your team gets, too.
